Ultra luxury condo choices have been expanding in Las Vegas, not just on the strip, but around the area as well. Now, wealthy buyers have several choices for lock and leave residences that excel in amenities, location and views.
The Tried and True Waldorf Astoria
Wealthy buyers have continued to buy into The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas (renamed from Mandarin Oriental), with some of the recent sales over $3 million. Why is it so popular? Primarily, the location on the strip in CityCenter is prime. Just head downstairs to the Crystals Shopping Center for high end brands and Mastro’s Ocean Club. Strip casinos within walking distance have hundreds of entertainment options for a night out.

You’ll find other ultra luxury condos tucked inside several highrises in Las Vegas, and these usually end up being large penthouse and upper floor suites with enviable views. And usually, they are decked out with high end finishes. For example, some Park Towers penthouses have over 6000 square foot of space with spectacular views of the strip.
