Manhattan Las Vegas a Good Off-Strip Choice

Las Vegas is more than just the Strip, especially for buyers wanting a little more space and amenities for the money.  One of our favorite choices for offstrip condos is Manhattan Las Vegas, a newer condo community  patterned (loosely) after New York City  This community is a good choice for both full and part time residents.

As you drive in the community through the guard gated entry, you’ll see the “Manhattan” design features that the builder was going for.  The 4-story condo buildings have some distinctive exterior brick and rock inlays. 

Though it’s designed to have a “city” feel, Manhattan has the resort facilities that will rival most hotels on the strip.  Stroll “Central Park,”  a grass-filled meeting place in the center of the community, or escape the heat in community pool. near the pool,  The 10,000 square foot fitness center and club room has more fitness equipment than many health clubs, and contributes to the community ambiance by the “office building” look on the exterior.

There’s a floorplan for everyone at Manhattan.  Choose from a  1,2, or 3 bedroom floorplan, or pick the loft floorplan with a 2-story open living space that has the loft bedroom upstairs.

The community is gated, with a guard, near to the Las Vegas Outlets and a 10 minute drive to the airport.  Full time residents and 2nd home buyers will both feel at home here.
